Privacy Policy
Operator and scope
AXIOM is an individually operated public U.S. stock research journal and video channel. This policy covers axiom-us.pages.dev, its contact form, and Google/YouTube connections used by the AXIOM operator to publish videos. Public visitors are not required to sign in with Google or connect a brokerage account.
Contact information and purposes
The form collects your name, reply email, message, submission ID, time, processing status and consent to handle the inquiry. We use this information to respond and address errors or feedback. Submission is optional; the form cannot be used without consent. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, account numbers or other sensitive information.
Contact retention and deletion
Inquiries enter a private Cloudflare D1 queue. After the operator mail service confirms a successful send, the queue copy of the name, email and message is cleared. Pending and failed records expire against a 14-day cutoff; cleanup runs on submissions or queue polling. If both services stop, cleanup occurs on the next run. Delivered emails in the operator inbox are separate from this queue and may be retained for replies and follow-up; you can request deletion using the contact method below. A successful form response confirms receipt, not inbox delivery.
Visitor statistics and browser storage
We place a random identifier (axiom-visitor) in browser localStorage to estimate visits. The statistics service uses a daily hash of that identifier and a last-visit timestamp to deduplicate visits and calculate daily totals. Old deduplication records are removed against a three-day cutoff during cleanup; daily aggregate counts are retained. This statistics code does not store names, emails, page URLs, referrers or raw IP addresses. Clearing site data or blocking JavaScript may limit measurement.
Security and spam prevention
To limit contact spam, an hourly temporary hash derived from the connecting IP is used for rate limiting; the contact database does not record the raw IP. Hosting and email providers may process connection data under their own policies for service delivery and security. Queue access requires server authentication. The operator recipient email and authentication secrets are not included in public pages.
Google/YouTube connection and purposes
Google OAuth and YouTube API Services are used to upload to the authorized AXIOM operator channel, verify channel identity and publication status, edit video titles and descriptions, and manage playlists. Within the granted permissions, the service processes channel/video/playlist IDs, publication status, metadata and access/refresh tokens. This public website does not collect visitors’ Google accounts or private viewing histories. Tokens are stored in private local files in the operating environment and are not deployed to the public website. Publication IDs and status records are retained to prevent duplicates and support operations.
Revoking Google access and deleting data
The connected operator can revoke AXIOM access in Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents further API access; deletion of local credentials can also be requested from the operator. Local credentials are kept while the connection is maintained and deleted when it is retired. Revoking access does not delete public YouTube videos; manage these separately in the channel. Google API data is used only for the publishing/management functions described above, not sold for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Use and transfer of Google API information comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Providers and external links
We use Cloudflare for hosting and inquiry storage, the operator email provider to forward inquiries, and Google/YouTube and connected Meta Instagram/Threads services for video publication. Information necessary for those services may be processed in the operating environment, including Canada, and provider infrastructure in other countries. Inquiry content is not included in public research, videos or AI-analysis inputs. External websites apply their own policies. We do not sell personal information or share visitor information for advertising targeting.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, use “Send AXIOM a message” at the bottom of the homepage and start the message with “Privacy request”. We check only the information needed to verify and process your request. For deletion of an inquiry, provide only necessary identifying details such as the reply email originally used. The operator email address is not published.
Changes
We update this page and its effective date when practices change and announce material changes on the homepage. Effective and last updated: October 19, 2026.
